ABLAZE Scale has introduced a new class of Electronic Weighbridge. Ablaze scale has build Premium truck scales that have become the performance benchmark for ruggedness and performance in heavy use applications. In this pit-less/pit type series the entire steel framework is mounted on Strain gauge Double Ended Sheare beem/ compression type Load cells. The nos.(4,6,8) of load cell depends on the length of the platform size of the Weighbridge. The platform is designed specially to bear the specified load at any position. Specially designed tie rods are provided to arrest the horizontal and sideway movements of the platform. The platform is constructed from ISMB girders and steel plate into one rugged structure.
